By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to maintain the high standard of service we are known for at Égalité Hair & Beauty.

1. Bookings

Appointments must be made directly through Sanja via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. Please allow enough time in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2. Cancellations & No Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Services & Pricing

All services and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices will be confirmed during consultation. We strive to deliver consistent results, but individual hair conditions and expectations vary.

4. Consultations

New clients are encouraged to request a short consultation before any major service (e.g., colour transformations or treatments) to ensure suitability and best results.

5. Liability

While every effort is made to achieve your desired result, Égalité Hair & Beauty cannot be held responsible for damage caused by previous treatments, allergies not disclosed, or lack of aftercare.

6. Products

We use professional-grade haircare products, primarily from Balmain Hair Couture. Recommendations may be provided after your service to maintain your results at home.

7. Future Policy Changes

Égalité Hair & Beauty reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted here and will take effect immediately.
